 Responsible for business development in their sector maintain a knowledge of the companies products Perform appropriate energy and commercial modelling to ascertain CHP requirement Work with the applications team to carry out engineering of a conceptual design for a specific project using innovative solutions where ever possible Manage customer relationships attend conferences make presentations to customers on company products and services The ideal candidate will be seasoned in the business of onsite power and cogeneration applications/ Facilities background and knowledge of boilers and industry equipment. Experience in the process of CHP project development sales, product presentations, economic analysis, utility regulations as well as contract negotiation skills. Experience with project development with architects and engineers and with contracts required. Technical Gas engine performance and principles of operation Thermodynamics, primarily heat exchangers Power generation Engineering or Industrial Process Engineering Building Services Engineering or Industrial Process Engineering Non Technical Strong communications Ability to present to a group or 1:1 Organised Proficient in excel based calculation tools Experience Key account management, new business sales Familiarity with forms of commercial terms and conditions Design of energy efficient systems or processes Tender preparation Degree in Mechanical, Process or Electrical Engineering or Energy A range of contact levels from engineers, Facilities Managers, Finance Directors, Legal Advisors to Board level. |
