Regional Manager - Europe

Our client is a major player in the delivery of sustainable energy efficient solutions and technologies across the UK and continental Europe.

In line with their strategic expansion whilst expanding their influence in Europe they are looking to appoint an energy efficiency and carbon management professional, in the capacity of Regional Manager, to join them in their new Dutch office, based in Amsterdam.

This is a new post within a new office that is expected to evolve into a General Management post, responsible for Western Europe. Supported by an existing technical and administration function operating across the region this role will be to provide a consultative service whose core service will be to develop and implement energy efficiency and carbon reduction strategies in line with European climate change directives.

Although this post will mainly be business development focused, it is expected that the successful individual will have a technical/consultative background in this sector and so can deliver projects where necessary. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills in Dutch both verbal and written ideally and have an existing strong Holland/European business network and have proven experience of operational, strategic, project and technical management.
