Senior Engineer / Mechanical or Electrical

Our client is an international building services consultancy with offices across the UK, the US and Asia, working across the public and private sector, forging an excellent reputation in developing and promoting sustainable and low carbon design solutions.

To meet the demands on the business, a Senior Services Engineer, either mechanical or electrical, has been identified, who has proven experience in low carbon design and so champion the projects sustainability issues

It is anticipated that you are degree qualified in a relevant building services degree qualification and have a minimum of 10 years in a mechanical engineer or electrical engineer capacity. Ideally you should be a Low Carbon Consultant and a BREEAM Assessor together with experience of the following;

Part L Competent Person certification

IES thermal modelling software

Comprehensive Hevacomp software, version 24

iSBEM assessment software

Commercial Buildings Energy Performance Inspectors (EPC's)

TAS - Thermal Analysis Software

Renewable Technologies
