We are looking for talented individuals who want to develop their existing sales competencies and build a successful career as a recruitment consultant. The role is based on developing and building strong and lasting relationships and focusing on having a clear understanding of client’s needs.
The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant include:
§ Responsible for market mapping, identifying businesses and managers which require the candidates that you source.
§ Business development – networking and building relationships through cold calling, face to face meetings and effective marketing.
§ Sourcing candidates – identifying the best candidates in your market by headhunting, networking and using our extensive database.
§ Negotiation and closing – achieving the best commercial outcomes for both the client, ERSG and yourself.
§ Recruitment/Sales experience essential.
§ Confident and articulate with business level fluency in English.
§ Strong administration and organisational skills.
§ Ability to work to tight deadlines.
§ Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work.
§ Attention to detail.
§ Excellent communication skills, conveying information accurately and clearly.
§ Experience of using database systems effectively, together with Microsoft Office.
§ Preferably educated to A-Level standard, but bright articulate GCSE Level candidates will be considered.
