The Principal Account Manager will focus on one key client who has an exclusivity agreement with us and will service all the resourcing, marketing and administration needs for that client.
Acting as the main point of contact for all customer account mattersThe following skills and qualifications are required, or desirable where stated:
Building and maintain a strong, long-lasting client relationship
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all the customer’s resourcing needs, according to customer needs and objectives
Dealing with challenging client requests or issues
CV gathering exercises
Maintaining and updating shared client/ERSG social media and LinkedIn pages
Managing an Account Manager ensuring all administration tasks are complete, including certificate checks and keeping spreadsheets updated on a daily basis
Attending site visits, contractor and site manager meetings/dinners etc
2 years plus solid and successful experience working within a Sales, or Account Management setting
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability and aptitude to work to tight deadlines
Ambition to progress within the company
Solid experience working within a Sales, or Account Management setting
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc
Business level fluency in English
Quarterly all expenses paid trips abroad with the company (Previously has included 4 days skiing in Austria, 3 nights in Marbella, 3 nights in Prague) for all target hitters.
Early finish 5pm on Friday, or 4pm for target hitters
